In a lounge atmosphere, the author told the captivated audience about the creation of the book and the current social transformation process. He also gave insights into his personal life, learning and growth and used practical examples to illustrate the potential of real teamwork.

It quickly became clear that this was about much more than just new-fangled titles. "Teamwork is not for beginners! First of all, we have to understand what leadership really means, we have to overcome our egos and learn to put ourselves at the service of a greater whole!" he stresses several times.
